  • If your Travel period falls during a fair or Event period,A supplement cost will be applicable if any.
  • Hotels offered Strictly suject to availability at the time of booking. If the requested hotels are not available, we will endeavour to book space in similarly priced hotels.
  • EUC Driving regulation/ Law for drivers:
  • Working Hours: Máximum 12 Hours/day.
  • Driving Hours: Máximum 9 hours/day.( Every 4 hours and half must rest min 45 min).
  • Everyday sleeping period: Minimum 11 hours before start another day
  • Prices are not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed as accommodation has not been secured.
  • Once we have received a firm acceptance of our quotation, we will begin requesting space and services.
Terms and Conditions
  • THE ABOVE RATES ARE A QUOTATION AND NO RESERVATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF THIS REQUEST. HOTEL ROOMS & FLIGHT TICKETS RATES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILIBILITY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
  • QUOTATION WOULD BE REVISED IN CASE OF ANY CHANGES IN THE PACKAGE REQUIREMENT.
  • THE RATES ARE BASED ON MINIMUM 25 PERSON. ANY CHANGES IN NUMBER OF PERSON, RATES WILL CHANGE ACCORDINGLY.
  • MINIMUM 15%. OF THE LAND PACKAGE RATE TO BE PAYABLE FOR BLOCKING THE ABOVE MENTIONED LAND PACKAGE RATE.
  • REST AMOUNT TO BE PAYABLE IN INSTALLMENTS FROM SEPTEMBER TO FEBRUARY 2020 .
  • VISA CHARGES IS INCLUDED HOWEVER WILL BE APPLICABLE AS PER THE COUNTRY NORMS
  • ANY VISA ACCEPTANCE /REJECTION IS UNDER THE SOLE AUTHORITY OF THE VISIT COUNTRY’S EMBASSY & WHISTLING VACATIONS HOLD NO RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE SAME.
Cancellation Charges
  • Any cancellation immediately after booking amount is paid and before 210 days of departure will lead to a cancellation charge of Rs25% of the package rate per person.
  • Any cancellation before 180 days of departure will lead to a cancellation charge of 60% of the package rate.
  • Any cancellation before 90 days of departure will lead to a cancellation charge of 100% of the package rate.
  • Flight rates are as per actual and non-refundable.
  • Flight rules & regulations/ charges/ cancellations will be as per the airline rules & policies.
